Cupeta Valtellinese

The cupeta is a typical Valtellina dessert made up of 50% honey from our production, first choice walnuts, dry biscuits, amaretti biscuits, grated bread and wafer sheets.

We produce this dessert following an ancient family recipe, guaranteeing an excellent quality product, handmade at every stage of its production.

It is possible to purchase Cupeta in two flavours: Classic or Chocolate.

Classic Cupeta - Artisan Confectionery Product

Ingredients: honey, wildflower, nuts, biscuits (sugar, wheat flour, corn oil, powdered milk, eggs, barley malt, salt), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, brewer's yeast, salt ) amaretti (sugar, apricot kernels, egg white, leavening agents, natural flavourings) wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil). May contain peanuts.
